A man doesn't necessarily have to give oral sex in order to make an encounter good. It helps, but the more important thing is that he knows how to touch the clitoris and vaginal area. The clitoris is a three dimensional nerve bundle with different sensations in different areas. All women are different I assume. Some may like hard rubbing, but I prefer a lighter touch. It doesn't matter if the touch is with a finger or a tongue, just spend some time there, trying different speeds and areas. In order to orgasm, I generally need nipple stimulation at the same time, but I don't mind helping out!
I admit to faking orgasms if I just don't think it is going to happen with the way a man is touching me. I try to redirect to a way of touching that will get me there, but it often doesn't help.
